About Cheryl Axelrod

Cheryl Axelrod, M.D., is a board-certified ob-gyn and a member of the BabyCenter Medical Advisory Board. She practices at Midwest Center for Women's Healthcare in Skokie, Illinois, and is a senior clinical instructor for the University of Chicago.

When she's not working, Dr. Axelrod loves to hang out with her husband and son, knit hats, play board games, do crosswords, and enjoy nearby Lake Michigan.
