Playtime

I have an 18 month old toddler and am 14 weeks expecting #2. My little guy constantly wants to be held and carried and sometimes crawls all over me, accidentally jabbing or laying on my belly. Should I be limiting the amount of time I’m carrying him or more careful during playtime?

Hello Ladies, How would you handle your friends kid that’s same age as your toddler who screams at my kid and try’s to control how playtime should be? It’s a struggle each time. I don’t know how to fix this. Any tip and resources would be appreciated. Thanks
